HELP!


Please make a choice from the options below:

Q. I’d like to see the online version of the newspaper.

A. Please click on “Weekly Download” in the navigation menu and make a choice on that page. The Weekly Download is only available to print subscribers who have requested free access during 2014 or online subscribers who have a paid membership. There are also choices for the classified or calendar pages.

To quickly get to the current online edition, click on “Quick Link” in the menu.

 

Q. I’ve signed up, but cannot log in.

A. Did you receive a confirmation via email? Please check your junk mail, and if you have not received an email from the InterTown, please send an email from the “Contact” page, accessible in the navigation menu.

 

Q. How do I customize my profile or interact with other members?

A. Please access the menu located at the top right of your browser, starting with “Howdy, …” to edit your profile, log out, and to see the following member sections: activity, friends, groups, messages, settings and your member profile, where you can change your avatar.

There is also a link at the bottom of the page.

 

Q. I’m having trouble setting up my member profile.

A. Follow one of the links to edit your profile. Choose your personal options, name, contact information, write a little bit about yourself or reset your password.

To change your avatar, hover over the “Howdy” menu and below, in the gray area, hover over “Profile” to see the link to change your avatar. Click on that link and follow the directions.

The cropping feature does not work well with some older browsers. Set up your global avatar at: Gravatar for easier use.
